Public Camping Entry Form 2011 PDF

You can print the page off as is, and then please post it to:

The War and Peace Office, The Old Rectory, 45 Sandwich Road, Ash, Nr Canterbury, Kent, CT3 2AF (UK) enclosing a cheque drawn on a UK bank or credit card details. Alternatively you can email it to us with your credit card details. If you are travelling from abroad, we can accept credit card details or payment in cash on arrival.

In order to soak up the full atmosphere of the Beltring show, you really need to stay on site, not least of all because, as a day visitor, you are expected to leave the show ground by 6pm. To take full advantage of the evening entertainment, the best place to be is based on site, and last year, nearly 16,000 people and many nationalities took advantage of our 300 acres to bring their caravans, pitch their tents, and sleep in their tanks.

The site is commonly referred to as "The Beltring Village" as people come from all over the world and take advantage of the fact that they have everything on site here with them. Once you have your own spot, you don't have to worry about driving or queueing to get in.

Due to growing demand for camping space, we can only take advance bookings.

If you are just coming as a visitor to camp, the prices are as follows:
Week - Adult: Monday to Sunday £105 each. Child: Monday to Sunday £80 each (3-15 years inclusive)

Week-end - Adult: Friday to Sunday £80 each Child: Friday to Sunday £60 each (3-15 years inclusive)

ARRIVAL:

You may start arriving as of Monday 18th July, and departure must be by midday on Monday 25th July.

Follow the signs to the "Booking In" entrance and upon arrival, report to the relevant booking in trailer (this will be clearly marked).

PASSES:

Person passes will be issued on arrival to each individual. Please ensure these are worn by yourself and your guests at all times.

SUPPORT VEHICLES:

You are entitled to bring an essential support vehicle with you (to tow a caravan, etc). This may be parked next to your tent/caravan.

If you have any queries or questions in the meantime, do please call us on +44 (0) 1304 813945 or e-mail us in advance and we will be happy to help.

ON SITE FACILITIES:

Your entry fee covers you for access to all of the show site, with the exception of the inside of the arena unless you are participating in an event, and to all events, except the Victory Marquee nights, these must be pre-booked in advance via www.thehopfarm.co.uk

There are extensive hygiene facilities (toilets, showers, baby changing facilities) both on the War and Peace Show Ground and in the Hop Farm premises.

Electric hook-ups can be booked through the Hop Farm, please contact Sarah on 01622 870838 or you are more than welcome to bring a generator. However, this will have to comply with safety regulations and be earthed (please read our Show Safety page).

There is a NAAFI shop for all the things you may have forgotten, as well as supplying your grocery needs, selling fruit and vegetables, bacon, newspapers, cigarettes, toothpaste, etc.

Read more about our on-site facilities.
