grijs naar Camper - BPM betalingen

Hi,
mijn 110 zal de komende dagen van grijs naar camper moeten vanwege de belastings veranderingen.
Ik heb mijn Laro een half jaar geleden uit Engeland ingevoerd en direct grijs aangemeld.
Zal de RDW nu, omdat ik van grijs naar camper ga, de BPM vragen die ik eigenlijk niet zou hebben betaald waren ze niet op het brilliante idee gekomen om de grijs kenteken regeling af te schaffen?
