Ik kan je niet aan een bulkhead helpen, maar misschien heb je iets aan het citaat hieronder bij je speurtocht naar een correct exemplaar.

Are you ready for this? There are actually FOURTEEN subtle variations in the bulkheads used on the Series 2 & 2A Land Rovers
There are four basic types. These are the up to suffix C bulkheads, the suffix D onwards 4 cylinder bulkheads, the 6 cylinder bulkheads and the lightweight bulkhead. The early up to suffix C bulkhead is the one designed for separate wiper motors and with the separate panel under the dash where the choke cable sits. All the others are designed for the single wiper motor and don't have the separate panel under the instruments, with the lightweight bulkhead being substantially different in almost every respect to the normal bulkheads.
Each one (except the lightweight) also has subtle variations. Starting with the up to suffix C they run like this.
Early Series 2 (1958/1959). Identified by captive bolts securing the wings to the bulkheads, bolt on door check tubes (as per Series 1) and extra holes to attach the twist knob vent flaps.
Late Series 2 (1960/1961). As per the early Series 2 bulkheads above but using spire clip fittings to hold the wings on.
Very late Series 2 and 2A suffix A-C (1961-1965) As late Series 2 but with welded on door check tubes and no extra holes for the twist knob flap openers.
These can be considered almost interchangeable, only needing 8 holes drilling to fit the later type onto an early vehicle with twist knob vent openers (I think that answers the original question).
There is one final version, which is the 2A FC bulkhead. This is basically as per the 2A bulkhead above but has some additional FC specific features. These are rivnuts to attach the wing tops, a hole in the footwell for the steering column, and notches in the dash tray for the steering column. As can be seen it can be used on bonneted versions (and vice versa) but needs a little more work.
The suffix D onwards bulkheads also have some subtle variations.
Early type suffix D-E (1967-1968). These are designed specifically for the single wiper configuration and have the following differences from the earlier bulkheads. the wiper motor is mounted in the left hand end of the dash tray in a special bracket and drives the wiper spindles that pass through the bulkhead top rail. There are also holes adjacent to the spindles for the washer jets when fitted. The auxillary panel beneath the instrument panel is no longer present. Extra tags are welded onto the top rail to carry the wiper rack cover There are also differences in the location of some holes for heater air hoses in the dash tray to suit the upcoming flat heater.
Mid type suffix F (1968-1969). These are identical to the earlier version except the door hinges are retained with nuts on spire clips (as per the later Series 3 & 90/110) instead of captive nut plates. Also the wiper motor is different and now retained by a horseshoe shaped strap instead of being mounted on a bracket.
Late type suffix G & H (1969-1971) As per the suffix F bulkhead except the bracket for the nearside tie rod to the upright has been relocated to clear the pedal mounted servo.
Again these are bascially interchangeable with each other and need only very subtle modifications for the wiper mountings to be swapped around.
In addition there are the 2B FC bulkheads. These follow the three versions as listed above, but have exactly the same modifications as for the 2A FC bulkheads. Again swapping and FC bulkhead for a bonneted one (or vice versa) is possible but needs work.
Next the 6 cylinder bulkheads.
Early type suffix A & D-E (1967-1968). Exactly as per the 4 cylinder suffix D-H except for the reshaping around the centre to suit the longer engine
Mid type suffix F (1968-1969). As per suffix F 4 cylinder but with the reshaped centre section.
Late type suffix G & H (1969-1971) As per the suffix G & H 4 cylinder bulkhead bulkheads but with the reshaped centre.
Again these are bascially interchangeable with each other and need only very subtle modifications for the wiper mountings to be swapped around. There are no FC versions of this bulkhead.
Finally there is the lightweight bulkhead. As far as I know there is only one version.
Swapping bulkheads within the groups above is relatively easy as the detail differences are quite small and either easily fixed or else ignored. Swapping between groups is much harder as there is going to be quite a lot of work needed to adapt either the bulkhead or the fixtures and fittings to take care of the bigger differences. Also interchanging 4 and 6 cylinder bulkheads is not really feasable unless you are prepared to remove and weld in the different centre sections.

Groet, Wilberth
